Translating to “happy” Ethiopian Kitchen, Desta blends Southern comfort with a traditional Ethiopian restaurant. Set in a country-style home complete with indoor and outdoor porches, the eatery expertly sets a relaxed vibe, and offers delightful entrees at very reasonable prices. Its lentil sambusa, gomen, ribeye tibs, and addictively tangy injera literally have Atlanta eating out of their hands, with their hands. Yes, you can also eat with utensils, but where would the fun in that be?
