Yes, shrimp & grits and steak & eggs are omnipresent in ATL, but here you won’t have to wonder whether they have hash browns or home fries. As the goddess Gocha Hawkins intended, entrees come in a skillet topped with mushroom garlic cream sauce—a breakfast of champions, kings, and queens. And yes, there are vegetarian options. Among the standouts are the fried green tomatoes, breaded in cornmeal and garnished with feta cheese and green onions, as well as the fluffy and buttery biscuits. As a matter of fact, the biscuits literally might be better than everybody momma (yes we dare say it). Gocha is holding it down while raising the bar for those who enjoy comfort breakfast food that puts you to sleep after. Bless.
