When you think of tasty, melt in your mouth Korean BBQ, ANJU is the spot to be in Washington DC. Its ability to bring us traditional Korean flavors through beautiful contemporary styled dishes is an experience you will never forget and definitely want more of. Stepping into Anju gave me a warm and homey feeling through its wooden aesthetic and charmingly arranged greenery. As a foodie, I eat with my eyes first and I was immediately wowed by the vibrant colors on every plate which matched the tantalizing flavors of the seasonings. If you like Korean food, the kalbi and eggs, spicy korean chicken, and samgyetang juk are winning choices, and it will be pretty hard to be disappointed with the food here. The portion size is quite generous and can easily be shared amongst friends and loved ones. Anju is one of my top places to eat in DC.
If you like Korean food or just good flavorful food in general, then it will be pretty hard to be disappointed with the food here.
