Helmed by the Yamasaki family, Santo Brúklin has easily become Brooklyn’s beloved Brazilian restaurant with a Pinterest worthy setting– vine-covered railings, bohemian lights strung across the ceiling, whitewashed brick, and a heated backyard have this eatery abuzz for brunch and dinner. The menu offers an array well-presented national dishes with hits such as the Hell Yea BDQ, Brazilian cheese bread with three spreads, the farofa (toasted cassava flour), and octopus and chorizo, as well as familiar American staples like chicken & waffles, the brunch burger, and steak and eggs.
