Spudz is Brooklyn’s only french fry shop featuring classic and specialty twists in their namesake fries. The usual menu hosts plain and battered shrimp recipes, but may test you with El Frito Loco (jalapeno cheese, corn, and black bean sauce), The Brunch (waffle fries, chicken tenders, and honey syrup), Jamaican jerk flavored fries, and mango habanero drizzled fries. If you are still picky, Spudz takes commissions for specialty fries for whatever form or flavors suit you. 

In addition to an empire of fries, they also feature a selection of sauces from spicy syrup to caramel sauce to turkey chili and vegan cheddar cheese. Days are also prone to specials.
